Redwood County Attorney’s Office prosecutes crimes that occur within Redwood County.
The Victim Services Coordinator has the responsibility to ensure that victims of crime are supported as they navigate through the criminal justice system and that their rights under Minn. Stat. 611A are upheld. In addition the coordinator provides awareness and education on crime victimization issues to professionals and to the general public.
WoMens’ Rural Advocacy Program
WRAP provides services to all people victimized by domestic violence and sex trafficking/exploitation. WRAP is committed to bringing victim’s strengths together in creating empowerment where violence exists, to help protect victims from further violence, and to educate communities and systems about the realities of violence. WRAP’s mission is to work for the major societal changes necessary to eliminate both personal and societal violence.

New Horizons Crisis Center
New Horizons Crisis Center provides sexual assault and general crime advocacy, parenting time and violence prevention and professional education programming services. They offer confidential, supportive services 24/7 to individuals and families residing in Lincoln, Lyon, Murray and Redwood counties. Their mission is to advocate for, support and empower victims of crime, helping them in their journey to healing and justice.

Minnesota Women’s Indigenous Society
Minnesota Indigenous Women’s Society is a Native non-profit formed and run by Native people to provide free and confidential crisis services to Victims of Domestic and Sexual Assault. MIWS serves Upper and Lower Sioux Tribal Communities and Natives living in Chippewa, Redwood, Renville, Yellow Medicine Counties. All races, genders, abilities served.
