eCRV

eCRV (Electric Certificate of Real Estate Value)

Beginning Oct. 1, 2014, all certificates of real estate value must be submitted using eCRV.  County and city offices will no longer accept paper copies of the Certificates of Real  Estate Value, except for sales that have occurred before Oct. 1, 2014.

A Certificate of Real Estate Value (CRV) is required to document a sale of property in Minnesota. CRV information is reviewed by the county of sale and the Department of Revenue to verify sale terms and ensure fair and equitable property tax assessments statewide. eCRV may be used for ALL counties of sale

Please click here to submit an eCRV.

Land Notification

The Redwood County Recorder's Office installed a Land Notification Alert System in March of 2021. Land Notification is a system to warn property owners when documents are recorded against their personal name or business. Each time an alert is triggered, an email is sent providing an update of any activity.

To sign up to receive notifications, visit landnotify.co.redwood.mn.us/lns.app.  Please note, you must have either a Google or Yahoo email account in order to use it.

Please give us a call if you have any questions (507) 637-4032 between 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
