The Redwood County Assessor's office will be hosting the annual Local Board of Appeal and Equalization meetings with cities and townships between April 8 through 24, 2024. The purpose of the meeting is to address concerns from property owners who have chosen to appeal their current assessment year's valuation and/or classification.

If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact the Assessor's office to discuss your concerns right away, we may be able to provide clarification to your questions prior to the meeting. If you are still not satisfied, you may appear before your Local Board of Appeal and Equalization. Generally, an appearance before your local board is required by law before an appeal can be taken to the County Board of Appeal and Equalization.
