The Redwood/Renville Regional Solid Waste Authority (RRRSWA), a joint powers entity consisting of the member counties of Redwood and Renville, is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) For Single Stream Collection of Commercial and Residential Services from qualified companies to provide a comprehensive set of residential and commercial recyclable collection services.
