The Redwood/Renville Regional Solid Waste Authority (RRRSWA), a joint powers entity consisting of the member counties of Redwood and Renville, is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) for Solid Waste Loading and Hauling Services from qualified companies to provide timely, consistent and a comprehensive set of loading and hauling services.
